TIME SAFARIS ALSO OFFER SCHOOL INCURSIONS

LOOK LOOK BELOW to discover the various science, history and art programs we offer.

NOTE: All tours come with pre/post visit student activities to enhance you visit. All aged schools welcome.

We are aware that every class is teaching a subject a little differently from everyone else - so please contact us and we can adapt our tour to cover the specifics you need. For example one class asked to see how animals and plants reveal continental drift, and another asked how plants and animals influence each others evolution.

Paleo-author and museum educator Phil Hore is bringing a museum to your school. Programs include:

MUSEUM@SCHOOL - Phil will visit your class and set up a mini musuem with numerous fossils and specimens such as meteorites and even a moon rock. He can then present:

Dinosaurs@School - a visit to the ancient life that once populated Prehistoric Queensland. From Dinosaurs to Mega-fauna, students will get to hold real fossils and explore ancient life.

The Big Bang Experience - from the Big Bang to the Ice Age. Using fossils and minerals, students will be presented with the entire history of the Universe.

NEW: South Side Cemetery Walk
Students will learn about the soldiers, sailors, mayors, murderers and so much more that helped create the modern city of Rockhampton. As a bonus students will be given a headstone to later research, with the grave having some connection to a moment in Rocky history.
